Products We Offer
Through The Builder Plan, we primarily focus on permanent life insurance products designed for working professionals, including:
- Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance
- Whole Life insurance
- Term Life insurance
- Living benefit riders (accelerated death benefit, chronic illness, critical illness, terminal illness) where available through partner carriers
Important Disclosures About Illustrations and Quotes
Custom illustrations, projections, and quotes provided through our website or by our licensed specialists are estimates only, based on the information you provide and assumptions about future performance. They are not guarantees of future results, premiums, cash value, or benefits.
Specifically, you should understand the following:
- Indexed Universal Life (IUL) is a life insurance product, not a security or investment product. IUL policies are not directly invested in any stock market index. Cash value growth is linked to the performance of one or more market indices, subject to caps, participation rates, floors, and other policy features that may change over time.
- Policy values are not guaranteed. Actual policy performance depends on multiple factors including, but not limited to: index performance, current declared rates, policy charges, premium funding levels, withdrawals, and policy loans.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical index performance shown in any illustration is not a prediction of future returns.
- Policy loans and withdrawals reduce both the cash value and the death benefit and may have tax consequences. Excessive loans or withdrawals could cause the policy to lapse, which may result in adverse tax consequences.
- Access to cash value requires the policy to be properly structured, adequately funded, and held for sufficient time. Cash value accumulation does not occur immediately and is reduced by policy charges in the early years.
- Tax treatment of life insurance products depends on a number of factors and is governed by applicable federal and state tax laws, which may change. We do not provide tax or legal advice. Please consult a qualified tax advisor or attorney regarding your specific situation.
- Eligibility and rates are subject to underwriting, including review of medical history, lifestyle, occupation, and financial information. Final premiums may differ from initial illustrations based on underwriting results.
Living Benefit Riders
Living benefit riders, sometimes referred to as "accelerated death benefit" riders, allow policyholders to access a portion of their death benefit during their lifetime if they are diagnosed with a qualifying illness or injury (such as a chronic, critical, or terminal illness). Availability, definitions of qualifying conditions, payout amounts, and other terms vary by carrier, state, and policy. Living benefit riders may not be available in all states. Please review the specific policy contract for complete details.
